For our business activities, we collect personal data, information about submitted clothing items, order details and consents for data processing and marketing.

This data is processed exclusively for the following purposes: processing orders, communication regarding orders, return of processed clothing items, invoicing, marketing communication (only with consent) and fulfillment of legal retention obligations.

2Data Processing by Internal System

For managing your orders, we use our internal management system, which processes the following data. We use a cloud database provider for storing and processing your data. Your data is stored on servers in Europe. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. The transfer is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).

3Legal Basis and Storage Duration

Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in proper business operations).

Data is stored for at least 3 years after the last order to fulfill legal retention obligations. Customer data: At least 3 years after last order. Orders: 7 years (legal retention obligation). Invoices: 7 years (tax law retention). Communication: 3 years after completion of the order.

After the respective period expires, data is automatically deleted unless legal retention obligations prevent this. You can request deletion of your data at any time unless legal retention obligations exist.

4Hosting

Our website is operated via a hosting and content delivery infrastructure. When you access the website, technical connection data is processed automatically (in particular IP address, date/time, requested URL, browser type/user agent). This processing may also take place outside the EU/EEA. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation). The data is not used for marketing purposes and is not combined with other data sources.
